Basics for Beginners
Chain: Chaining is the foundation of all things Crochet related. Chaining is your starting point when you begin a pattern. Simply put , a chain is a loop. In patterns the abbreviation of a chain is CH.
Single Crochet: SC
Double Crochet: DC
Triple Crochet: Also known as a Treble Crochet. TR
Slip Stich: SS
Front Post: FP, FPSC front post single crochet, FPDC,FPTR etc
Back Post: BP, BPSC back post single crochet, BPDC,BPTR etc
